Breakfast
2 weet-bix
glass of milk
apple

Lunch will be
2 carrots
1 round of tuna and lettuce
glass of milk

Breakfast
small bowl of muesli with cherries, strawberries and 1/2 a banana. The juice/kelp/dolomite mix.

Lunch
2 slices low gi grain bread with vegemite and low fat cotage cheese

Snack
1/2 a banana, 1 square of 85%cocoa chocolate, 1 apple cup of rooibos tea.
About 1/2 a cup of rice salad. :oops:
cup of rooibos and some scroggin. Not doing too good on the snacking front today

Dinner
about 1 cup rice salad and about 1 cup stirfried vegies flavoured with a bit of soy and honey.

Water: 3.5 litres

Breakfast

4 tbl low fat yoghurt and a sliced bannana

Lunch

left over from dinner last night: fish with honey and almonds, and arborio rice

Snacks

2 plain biscuits and a bannana

(the biscuits probably weren't very good for me but im doing more excercise this week so i need the energy!)
