Werribee Cup Day!! (as if anyone cares who doesn't live in Werribee haha). I get to go home at lunchtime... party :D

1:30am - Pumpkin pancake (they are, or should I say, were, delicious... but WHY!!! :( )
6am - Energy bar
7:30am - Banana
8:30am - Bran plus
9am - Rice salad
11am - Pumpkin soup

Ok the plan for my afternoon at home.....

1pm - Salad sandwich, a small piece of yummy peanut slice and a cup of tea
3pm - Carrot and ginger soup (once I defrost it) and some veggie sticks
6pm - Cauliflower cakes (that my mum made, they are delicious!) with steamed veg, and soy icecream for dessert

Bed early as I must attempt to get to the gym tomorrow morning, which could take a while with a mini cat underfoot!

Subtract from the above the carrot soup, and add a handfull of chick nuts, 15 almonds and 4 small glasses of wine before dinner, and a sugar free chocolate bar after dinner, for a grand total of 8400kJ. Oops :oops: (let's blame it on the kitten shall we?)

9.30 coffee (really hanging out for this today!)
1.30 Salad
7.30 Steak and salad, my take on minestrone soup or burrito and salad... haven't made my mind up yet :)

Yep, starting off with derby day Saturday, then cup day and oaks day. I feel tired just thinking about it!!!! :shock:

daily food diary

Worked last night so will have to nclude yesterdays from when I got up to now.

Up 2040hrs..

Had 1 jarra hot choc
1 piece bread with 20 g low fat cheese
At work 250ml skim milk with coffee and sweetner
1 normal coffee with sweetner
2 pieces of toast with honey and peanut butter
1 coffee with sweetner
owh.. a flower that is chocolate inside.
0820 am home .. 2 bread with cheese and hp sauce
1100hrs cappucino skinny
half beef mayo sandwich
1600 1 jarra hot choc
2 pieces of bread with marmalade..

Not a very healthy day. not really very planned. too much read, no veg fruit... going to bed soon 1700hrs...

7.30 - Yoghurt, oats, 2 fruits, coffee
10.30 - 1/2 salad sandwich, coffee
1.00 - left over beef stew & couscous, orange

Here's hoping...
4.30 - 1 salada with l/f philly cheese
7.00 - chicken salad
9.00 - Jarrah hot choc
