
1:30am - Pumpkin pancake (they are, or should I say, were, delicious... but WHY!!!

6am - Energy bar
7:30am - Banana
8:30am - Bran plus
9am - Rice salad
11am - Pumpkin soup
Ok the plan for my afternoon at home.....
1pm - Salad sandwich, a small piece of yummy peanut slice and a cup of tea
3pm - Carrot and ginger soup (once I defrost it) and some veggie sticks
6pm - Cauliflower cakes (that my mum made, they are delicious!) with steamed veg, and soy icecream for dessert
Bed early as I must attempt to get to the gym tomorrow morning, which could take a while with a mini cat underfoot!
EDIT:
Subtract from the above the carrot soup, and add a handfull of chick nuts, 15 almonds and 4 small glasses of wine before dinner, and a sugar free chocolate bar after dinner, for a grand total of 8400kJ. Oops
