November already omg :shock:

5am - Protein shake
7:30am - Banana
8am - Asparagus, bean & pea eggwhite omelette
9am - 1/3 HPLC bar, coffee
10am - Rice salad
12pm - Pumpkin soup
2pm - TVP & salad sandwich on empower bread
4pm - Bran muffin
7pm - Tofu & veg stir fry, Diet jelly, Almonds, Protein crunch, soy icecream

7200kJ. Got the picking bug after dinner :roll:

8.30am protein bar
11am coffee
1.30pm one taco shell with mince, refried beans, tomato and cheese (basically burrito without the tortilla)
7.30pm salad and 2 marinated chicken drumsticks

daily food diary

today I started off well

Protein shake
jarra hot choc

But then stressed and had

2 bread ,1 with ricotta and the other with marmalade
1 small pkt of chips
1 coffee

I havnt left the house yet toda. still in pjs...
If there was anything else available i think I would have had a full blown binge today.. owh..

DRINK MORE WATER..I think that is one of the keys...
EXERCISE later today...
