BREAKFAST
3 weet-Bix
1 glass of no fat milk
1 apple

LUNCH
2 scrambled eggs
1 slice toast
glass of no fat milk
2 carrots

Breakfast
bowl of fruit (nectarine, fig, strawberries, cherries) with a sprinkle of LSA and muesli and some no fat yoghurt.

Snack
kelp/dolomite/juice mix

Lunch
about 1 cup of rice salad and a piece of low GI bread with vegemite and a little cottage cheese (low fat)

Snack
freshly juiced juice and a handfull of scroggin, cup of 'caramel' tea

Dinner
a 3 egg ommelette with capsicum and tomato and 1/2 tbsp low fat cottage cheese and rice salad. 1 apricot. cup of caramel tea
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

I had a really gluttonous day today, I really don't know what came over me. If it was in the house and it was high calorie I went for it. :oops: :oops:
