freshly juiced juice and a handfull of scroggin, cup of 'caramel' tea
a 3 egg ommelette with capsicum and tomato and 1/2 tbsp low fat cottage cheese and rice salad. 1 apricot. cup of caramel tea
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
