This morning already...
Energy bar (home made)
Protein shake
Bran protein pancake
1/3 HPLC bar
Rice salad

This afternoon...
Pumpkin soup
TVP & salad sandwich on empower bread
30g packet of soy nuts (haven't tried them before, hope they are nice!)

Tofu & veg stir fry
Diet jelly

And that's me at my limit 6500kJ. Here's hoping the picking bug doesn't get me again tonight!!
