1/3 HPLC bar
TVP & salad sandwich on empower bread
30g packet of soy nuts (haven't tried them before, hope they are nice!)
Tofu & veg stir fry
And that's me at my limit 6500kJ. Here's hoping the picking bug doesn't get me again tonight!!
