Breakfast
fruit salad (nectarine, apricot, strawberries, cherries) LSA, a sprinkle of muesli and no fat yoghurt.

Lunch
tuna, lettuce, tomato, vegemit eand light cottage cheese sandwich and a piece of bread with 1/2 a banana on it.

Snack
1 apple, 1/2 a banana

Dinner
Baked pumpkin, carrot, onion, garlic and 1/2 a potato, steamed peas and broccoli with a little gravy. Only had a small serve so I could have a bowl of fruit salad and no fat yoghurt.

water: 3.5litres

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

My weiight is back up 1kg (because of the massive cravings I catered to yesterday)

Today I've got a nausiating migraine, probably has something to do with the cravings I got yesterday too.
Anyway I'm unable to keep any food down because of the blinding migraine, I will have to try and sleep this off 8)

Oh Dolly! I hope you managed to sleep of the migraine - lucky for me I rarely even get head aches but once I do they are here for the day and nothing seems to shift it!

Breakfast:
2 slices of toast with butter spread thinly(shared with my maremma sheepdog!)
Lunch will be;
Ham salad sandwich (it's Thursday so will have crusty white, part of my 80/20 lifestyle change)
Dinner will be:
Porterhouse Steak grilled with salad and steamed vegies.

No snacks today cos I ate a mini flake yesyerday!! :twisted:

So busy and finding it hard to keep to plan at the moment. DH has given me the go ahead to start renovating my kitchen so I have been out and about looking at colour schemes and hot plates, dishwasher etc. :D :D

Breakfast
2 Boiled eggs
Apple

Lunch
2 Salada's with Ham

Dinner
Fresh Fish
Lettuce Salad






and 1 Dim Sim :oops:
