fruit salad (nectarine, apricot, strawberries, cherries) LSA, a sprinkle of muesli and no fat yoghurt.
tuna, lettuce, tomato, vegemit eand light cottage cheese sandwich and a piece of bread with 1/2 a banana on it.
1 apple, 1/2 a banana
Baked pumpkin, carrot, onion, garlic and 1/2 a potato, steamed peas and broccoli with a little gravy. Only had a small serve so I could have a bowl of fruit salad and no fat yoghurt.
