Breakfast
small bowl of muesli with nectarine, strawberries and cherries, LSA and LFM

Snack
kelp/dolomite/juice mix

Lunch
3 slices of low GI toast, 2 with vegemite and low fat cottage cheese (I have been craving salt and getting cramps lots), 1 with banana

Snack
1/2 a banana and a cup of rooibios tea, some mountain bread chips. I will add also a handfull of scroggin. My afternoon snacks seem to be gettig out of hand. While I'm in the kitchen cooking, I start snacking!

Dinner
vegetable curry (tomato based) with rice.

Water: 3 litres
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Hi Tegan, are you eating enough protein in your diet?
I know you're pretty active with your walking.
A lack of potassium may cause cramps, muscle weakness, irregular heartbeat and even mood changes.

It's a possibility Dolly. I don't eat much meat so most of the protein I get is from vegetable (legume) and dairy sources. I'll check up on the potassium. Thanks for the info.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
