small bowl of muesli with nectarine, strawberries and cherries, LSA and LFM
3 slices of low GI toast, 2 with vegemite and low fat cottage cheese (I have been craving salt and getting cramps lots), 1 with banana
1/2 a banana and a cup of rooibios tea, some mountain bread chips. I will add also a handfull of scroggin. My afternoon snacks seem to be gettig out of hand. While I'm in the kitchen cooking, I start snacking!

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
