today got up 1300hrs

1400hrs
1 choc mud scone.. ? anyone know how many cals?

1700hrs
1 protein shake wiith skim milk

2100 hrs
10 almonds

drank lots of water.. gym 45-60 mins

i will get up earlier tomorrow and eat more food..

felt starving at 2200 had tin tuna at 2230..
