we had guests over for dinner so i made my lasagne (vege, using low fat riccotta and spinach for the cheesy bit and my pasta sauce for the tomatoey bit) with only a little bit of cheese sprinkled on top and grilled so it looked like there was lots of crispy cheese. I made a salad to go with it and our guests bought a bottle of red wine (dessert wine unfortunately) of which I had 1.5 glasses
