I'm going to eat healthy again, as I've come so far off the
rails with my bad eating over the past few days.
I kept craving sweet stuff but I'm fine now that I gave in to the cravings during the past 4 days.

1 finely choppe apple
1 chopped orange
1 sachet raw oatmeal

Lunch
Tuna
lettuce tomato
2 slices of wholemeal bread
a glass of Tone milk

Dinner
Bbq meat

rice salad
small bread roll

1 glass of wine

Breakfast
muesli with strawberries, cherries, nectarine, 1/2 a banana, LSA and LFM. The kelp/dolomite/juice mix.

Snack
a muesli bar from work

Lunch
lentil shepherd pie with chutney

Snack
1 apricot and 1/2 a banana

Dinner
we had guests over for dinner so i made my lasagne (vege, using low fat riccotta and spinach for the cheesy bit and my pasta sauce for the tomatoey bit) with only a little bit of cheese sprinkled on top and grilled so it looked like there was lots of crispy cheese. I made a salad to go with it and our guests bought a bottle of red wine (dessert wine unfortunately) of which I had 1.5 glasses

Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
