muesli with strawberries, cherries, apricot, 1/2 a banana, LSA and LFM. The kelp/doloite/juice mix.
lettuce, tomato, capsicum, beetroot sandwich on yummy 8 grain sourdough bread (50% of the loaf is made up of the grains) with low fat dijonnaise. 1/2 a banana.
the bloke wanted meat so we had eye fillet steak (only a small piece) with a little steamed carrot, peas, broccoli and spinach, and baked onion, garlic, pumpkin, sweet potato and 1/4 of a potato, with a little salad. I tend to have a little of everything. Variety not quantity.
The bloke had an iced fruit bun for dessert, and I wanted one so bad....but i resisted and had a piece of my grain toast with 1/2 a banana and a cup of rooibos tea which satisfied my sweet craving and filled my tummy so i wasn't hungry.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
