muesli with strawberries, cherries, apricot, 1/2 a banana, LSA and LFM. The kelp/dolomite/juice mix.
salad sandwich on the 8 grain bread and 1 nectarine
1 nectarine, mt bread chips
2 lentil patties and salad. Cup of hot cocoa (water based) with just the tip of a teaspoon of sugar, a piece of toast with banana while the bloke had an iced bun.
