Breakfast
bowl of fruit (nectarine, 1/2 a banana, cherries, strawberries) a sprinkling of muesli and some fat free yoghurt. A cup of herbal tea to warm my hands! and the kelp/dolomite/juice mix

Snack
1 nectarine, small handfull of scroggin

Lunch
scrambled eggs (2 eggs and a tiny bit of LFM), with tomato, a little low fat dijonnaise on toasted 8 grain bread.

Snack
2 handfulls of scroggin

Dinner
was going to have soup, but due to being called in for badminton, had a leftover lentil pattie in shop grain bread with salad toppings and a little tomato chutney (lentil burger with the lot!)

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).

Breakfast
1 soft boiled egg
1 slice whole grain
1 orange

Lunch
tuna in springwater
lettuce
tomato
2 slices whole grain bread
1 glass of milk

Dinner
grilled chicken breast
1 baked small potato
greek salad

Hi guys,
I'm taking a short break away from the computer for a week.
I'll be back on Monday 13th.
My thyroid gland is also playing up and causing me a few problems.
