bowl of fruit (nectarine, 1/2 a banana, cherries, strawberries) a sprinkling of muesli and some fat free yoghurt. A cup of herbal tea to warm my hands! and the kelp/dolomite/juice mix
1 nectarine, small handfull of scroggin
scrambled eggs (2 eggs and a tiny bit of LFM), with tomato, a little low fat dijonnaise on toasted 8 grain bread.
2 handfulls of scroggin
was going to have soup, but due to being called in for badminton, had a leftover lentil pattie in shop grain bread with salad toppings and a little tomato chutney (lentil burger with the lot!)

35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
