Breakfast
bowl of fruit (apricot, nectarine, strawberries, cherries 1/2 a banana) with no fat yoghurt. The kelp/dolomite/juice mix and a cup of herbal tea.

Lunch
1/2 a banana. A small bowl of vegetable 'stew' (potato, carrot, sweet potato, celery, spinack, onion, garlic, pearled barley) with 1 slice of 8 grain bread with low fat cottage cheese.

Snack
nectarine, 1 banana

Dinner
chicken baked in a tomato curry sauce type thing with steamed vegies. Fruit salad for dessert.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
