a little muesli with watered down milk, 1 slice toast with 1/2 a banana.

At the bloke's nan's wake :( 2 little triangle sandwiches, 1 with tomato, 1 with egg. Both had butter unfortunately and 1 yo-yo biscuit. But I avoided all the cakes etc and used mouth spray to stop me nibbling. Cup of tea too.

egg and salad roll (wholemeal, no butter)

chickpea and vegetable curry (tomato and coconut powder based) on rice.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
