Breakfast
a little muesli with watered down milk, 1 slice of toast with 1/2 a banana, cup of tea

Lunch
egg and salad roll (multigrain) and a tiny bite of the bloke's lamington :oops:

Snack
2 orgran fruit bars (which are a very good lunch box snack. All fruit, no added cane sugar and only 46 calories per bar)

Dinner
vegetable soup with 2 slices of 8 grain toast with spicy tomato chutney.

glass of orange juice and fresh squeezed grapefruit juice with a dash of gin.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
