Breakfast
bowl of muesli with strawberries, cherries and banana. 1.5 pieces of 8 grain toast, one with peanut butter and one with banana. the kelp/dolomite/juice mix

Lunch
1 hunza pie with chutney

Dinner
I decided Saturdays are now the bloke's night to cook. We had nacho beans with salad in mountain bread wraps.

Cup of chai tea with LFM and half a tsp of sugar
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
