Granola Cluster cereal & lite milk

chicken salad, apple

2pm-
salad sandwich

4pm-
yogurt, fruit

6pm-
not sure yet!! :)

8.30am small piece of fritata

2pm salad and chicken

8pm salad and 2 x honey soy chicken kebabs

11pm handful of nuts (playing a game of indoor hockey at 10pm so I'm pretty sure I will be peckish after that)
