Breakfast
muesli with strawberries, cherries and banana. The kelp/dolomite/juice mix

Lunch
salad and tuna sandwich on sprouted rye sourdough bread with low fat cottage cheese rather than butter.

Snack
a very small amount, (1Tbsp) of fruit medley (dried fruits - apricot, apple, peat, sultanas.)

2 carrot wholemeal mini muffins (approx 200 calories together) and a cup of caramel tea.,

Dinner
chicken stirfry (97%fat free packet thing) with rice

1/2 a scone with jam
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
