Breakfast
2 eggs
1oz ham
1 orange
watermelon
3 macadamia nuts
1 glass of water

Morning Snack
1 slice full fat cheese
½ cup grapes
1 macadamia nut
1 glass water

Breakfast
muesli with strawberries, cherries and banana

Lunch
tuna salad sandwich, 1 nectarine and a mini muffin. Resisted the bloke's jam and cream scones!

Dinner
spaghetti with my veg sauce. No cheese at all.
apricot and a mini muffin!!! I just can't be trusted with muffins. At least they're mini
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
