I thought since the last few days I have been off track well I think anyway. I need some encouragement and you guys input on my eating habit.
Breakfast: 2x multigrain toast
1 tablespoon lowfat ricotta cheese
1x small tub yoghurt
1x coffee white with 1 teaspoon equal!
Snack: 1x small peach
Lunch: 1x wholemeal roll honey marinated chicken salad roll from Pure and Natural.
Snack: 1x banana
1x boost icecream
Dinner: Potato and Salmon Salad
Snack: handful of corn chips
Drink: 1x 3\4 can of bourban and coke.
Water: 3x 600mls and 2x glasses of water.
