2 eggs
1 apple
1 teaspoon peanut paste

Snack
cheese
½ cup grapes
1 macadamia nut

Breakfast
muesli with strawberries, cherries and banana, LSA and LFM. The kelp/juice/dolomite mix.

Resisted temptation of cheesecake and danishes at work morning tea

Lunch
salad and egg sandwich, one of those orgran fruit bars.

Snack
apricot and a mini muffin.

Dinner
went out for valentines day and to celebrate my first day at my new job!! Had 2 pieces of bread with spanish garlic dip and had seafood soup (and discovered that i don't really like shellfish :roll: whoops) and a small fat free sorbet.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
