Overnight - Bean salad tortilla :roll:
Snacks - Small serve of bran, Watermelon
Breakfast - Bran protein pancake, Fun-size cherry ripe (compulsory after my traumatic blood test experience!)
Morning snacks - Pumpkin protein slice, L/c pesto pasta salad
Lunch - TVP & salad sandwich on empower bread
Afternoon snacks - Pumpkin soup, Snow peas w. hommus
Dinner - Tuna steak w. steamed veg
Dessert - Diet jelly, Soy icecream
Late night snack - Veg sticks, Almonds

Damage bill.... 7700kJ. Expensive day :?

Breakfast - small serve of frittata
Lunch - salad with some ham
Dinner - Salad and steak or chicken

Breakfast-
granola cluster cereal and low fat milk

Lunch-
Chicken salad with a few fried noodles
apple
slice multigrain bread

A/T-
1 salada (halved into 2) with lite cheese
yoghurt with a few sultanas

Dinner-
hmmm not sure, maybe quiche and salad :)

Breakfast
Left over spinach, walnut and couscous salad and a coffee.

Lunch
Huge amount of home-made vegetable and barley soup

Afternoon snack
Still full from the soup. Might grab a nectarine or apple later

Dinner
Going to be balsamic glazed roasted vegetables and tofu with baby spinach leaves and a bread roll
