fruit
1 cup cereal

Snack
kiwi fruit

Lunch will be
salmon
Greek salad

Snack
strawberries

Dinner
small beef steak
greek salad

Snack
1 cup plain skim yoghurt
1 slice german rye bread

Breakfast
2 weetbix with strawberries, cherries and banana. The kelp/dolomite/juice mix.

Snack
some dried fruit, nuts and seeds. 2 slices of watermelon. Resisted cream cake, sausage rolls, party pies and various other temptations at morning tea.

Lunch
egg salad sandwich and an orgran fruit bar.

3 cups of tea during day with low fat milk.

Dinner
zucchini slice with salad and a mini muffin
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
