today had

0530hrs: 1 meal replacement shake

GYM 30mins

9.00 1 cup broccholi 1 tsp ricotta skim. 1 small piece of turkish bread dipped in balsalmic vinegar

1200: 1 terikayi sushi roll
1 tuna sushi roll

1400 1 cup of tea
with milk and 1 sugar

1800 broccholi 1 1/2 cups 2 mushrooms, 1 tsp ricotta skim, 1 tsp chilli 1/4 cup rice, 2 tbsp mixed beans.

making soup at the moment!!

dont feel hungry. feel good. healthy.

stopped drinking coffee today.. baaad headaches!!

helped for a while having cup of tea.

forgot breakfast!!

up 0800 worked short shift

0850 cappucino skinny milk and 1 sugar.

1100 4 snack right buscuits

will add more later.

soup.. made from yesterday. 1 tbsp rice and mixed means in the soup. chilli paste, 1 tbsp ricotta (skim)

Dinner: ? more soup ? chicken broccholi

family BBQ today

started well
2 weetbix with added fibre and skim milk
half of a coffee with skim milk

Cappucino
bite of bfs egg and bacon toast

at BBQ over 6 hours:
6 doritos
5 chips
small potato salad
salad with avacado sun dried tomatoes
ham sliced (small)

20 chocolate flavour wafer sticks
1ltr diet coke

1 small slice of choc mud cake
3 squares of lemon slice
3 choc chp buscuits
1 glass of red wine

At home
7-8pm
1 + half chicken skewers marinated in satay
half a glass of white wine (too sharp tasting)

Not so great cal wise but fam dos what can ya do.. plus felt stressed a lil bit.

WILL DO BETTER THIS WEEK TO MAKE UP FOR OVER INDULGE
