plain skim yoghurt

wholemeal vita wheat crackers
with jam and cheese

Breakfast
2 weetbix with cherries, strawberries, and banana and LFM. Ran out of kelp. Need to get more but have no money.

Snack
some dried fruits and nuts and seeds. Again resisted the office morning tea of cake etc.

Lunch
salad sandwich and a nectarine.

Snack
a mini muffin.

1 cup of tea and 1 cup of rooibos with milk during day.

Dinner
3 egg ommelette with mushroom, capsicum, tomato, onion, spring onionand salad.

cup of honey and lemon drink. I'm starting to feel a cold coming on. Sore throat. :( need more sleep. 6am mornings disagreeing with me.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!

Breakfast
2 slices of wholemeal bread with butter.

Lunch
95g tin of tuna in springwater & salad (lettuce, tom, red onion, weight watchers mayo)

Dinner
100g chicken with low carb butter chicken simmer sauce
100g broccoli, 100g cauliflower

Hi LadyBug, yes this is a group journal, keeping account of our food intake really helps, glad to have you join us :D
Tegan I always get cold symptoms when I'm near smokers, hope you feel better soon.
