3 egg ommelette with mushroom, capsicum, tomato, onion, spring onionand salad.
cup of honey and lemon drink. I'm starting to feel a cold coming on. Sore throat.
need more sleep. 6am mornings disagreeing with me.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
