Breakfast - Small banana, Bran protein pancake
Snack - Pumpkin slice
Lunch - Tofu salad, Almonds
Snack - TVP & salad sandwich, Veggie sticks w. hommus
Dinner - Tofu & veg stir fry, Diet jelly
Snack - Pumpkin soup, Jarrah chocolatte

Tally: 7000kJ :D

Breakfast: small piece of frittata
Lunch: serving of low carb beef stroganoff
Dinner: Salad and homemade baked chicken kiev without the bread crumbs
Snack: few bits of skin free BBQ chicken

Ok, I didn't end up eating the pumpkin soup... I had sugar free chocolate instead!! Only added about 400kJ to the tally so no real harm done. BUT, I woke up during the night and attacked my supply of low fat cheese.... 600kJ and a phlemmy (sp??) throat the damage there :roll:
