Overnight - Low fat cheese as already mentioned :oops:
Breakfast - Half a mango, Green bean omelette
Snacks - Protein bar, Tofu salad, Almonds
Lunch - TVP & salad sandwich
Snack - Pumpkin soup
Dinner - Lentil patties w. steamed veg, Diet jelly
Snacks - Veggie sticks, Natural yoghurt

about 6500kJ for that :)

Yum Sarah! You food sounds much yummier than mine...

breakfast: small serve of Frittata
Lunch: Salad and chicken
Dinner: Salad and 2x honey soy chicken kebabs
maybe some peanuts in the afternoon for a snack before my boxercise class too...

Thanks Sas... I disagree though, yours looks much better! So organised, three meals and a snack.... I aspire to that :D

My food diary looks like a dogs breakfast lol :lol:
