Overnight - Two pieces of my mum's asparagus quiche, One piece of savoury tofu :evil:
Breakfast - Half a mango, Bran protein pancake
Snack - Pumpkin slice, Tuna to go and veggie sticks
Lunch - TVP & salad sandwich
Snack - Pumpkin soup
Dinner - Tofu & veg stir fry, Diet jelly
Snack - Almonds, Jarrah chocolatte

Ok time to face the music..... 9000kJ :shock:

Got a christmas lunch to go to today as well... might not go :(

Breakfast: small serve of frittata
Lunch: low carb beef stroganoff
Dinner: Lamb chops or 2 x honey soy kebabs and salad

We are having a BBQ for lunch at work today and I am gonna try and resist the temptation to have copious amounts of sausages in bread and insetad have my healthy lunch :)

Fingers crossed I can resist the temptation!!!

Breakfast: Uncle tobys plus fiber mix- 45g with point one milk
1 strawberry, 1/2 banana
Snack: 1 row of old gold dark chocolate (25g)

Lunch: Chicken, avocado and salad sandwich on wholemeal bread
2 strawberries
Snack: Lite Yoghurt 200g, Apple

Dinner: Tuna stew with garri (dry fried cassava)
Snack: Cup of tea with 2 scotch finger biscuits
