2 weet bix with strawberries and nectarine and LFM. Some juice and ecchinacea mix.

1 hunza pie and a peach (was craving juicy fruit - probably thirsty).

nectarine and a mini muffin

out to dinner for hens night, 3 pieces of herb and garlic foccacia, and a chicken salad. A small slice of chocolate mud cake.

Lots of water.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
