Breakfast
2 weetbix with nectarine and LFM.

Snack
a few grapes

Lunch
a banana and a mini muffin, honey and lemon drink

Snack
Mountain bread chips

Dinner
mustard cauliflower with steamed broccoli, carrot, peas and beans.

cup of rooibos tea with LFM

travelled 900 kilometres to visit with daughter and ate everything off the board. I am dreading hopping on any scales.
I think I might be my own worst enemy when it comes to staying OP (on plan)

Breakfast- oats with a little honey

Snack- apple

Lunch- ham sandwich (96% fat free) lettuce an tomato(home grown-the best!!)
Banana

Snack- 100g yoghurt

Dinner- Soup with 1 slice wholemeal bread.

BREAKFAST:
2 slices white toast, jam no butter & a little lite butter with silverside

LUNCH
Chicken and vege soup, banana

DINNER
Small bowl chick & vege soup with Mt Bread with a little tomato sauce and a sprinkle of cheese crispied up in oven

SNACK
Peach, piece of fruitcake
2 litres water
