500mls warm water with lemon juice

BREAKFAST
Bowl Mini Wheats with Skim Milk

SNACK
small piece of fruit cake

LUNCH
Tuna, corn kernals with a dash of lemon juice and LF mayonnaise

DINNER
Taco mince (fresh minced rump steak with taco flavour) carrot, bean shoots, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, cheese and salsa on a pita bread

DESSERT
Milo MINI ice block

2 litres water, 1 cup strawberry,cranberry and raspberry tea

Breakfast
2 weetbix with strawberries and banana, juice with ecchinacea

Snack
handfull of grapes and some dried fruit

Lunch
tuna salad sandwich

Snack
some dried fruit, a mini muffin and some grapes

Dinner
zucchini slice and salad, some grapes and a nectarine

2 cups of rooibos tea during work.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
