Snack - Small serve of bran, Watermelon
Breakfast - Bran protein pancake
Snack - Home made protein bar
Lunch - Tofu salad, Almonds, Tuna & salad sandwich
Snacks - Chick nuts, Veggie sticks
Dinner - Spinach & ricotta pies w. steamed veg
Dessert - Diet jelly

Breakfast - small serve of frittata
Lunch - salad and chicken
Dinner - salad and 1 low fat sausage
might have a snack this afternoon before I go to my boxercise class... have some chicken to have if I need it.
