Is this the food diary or the confessional, I don't know :roll:

1am - Bran pancake, Protein bar

Now that's out of the way, here's the rest of my day....

5am - Small serve of bran
7:30am - Watermelon
8am - Asparagus omelette
9:30am - Bran slice, Coffee, "On the go" cheese & crackers
12pm - Tofu salad
2pm - Tuna & salad sandwich
4pm - Almonds
7pm - Soy sausages w. steamed veg, Diet jelly
9pm - Veg sticks, Natural yoghurt

6500kJ (not counting my overnight slip-up!)

Aww Sarah. Don't worry about it hun. Maybe try and go for an extra run today to make up for it.

Other than the overnight slip up looks like you have a yummy and healthy day ahead of you!

As for me...
Breakfast: small serve of fritata
Lunch: salad and chicken
snack: chicken (might not eat it if I'm not hungry)
Dinner: Lamb chops and salad

Thanks Sas! Off to the gym (again) tonight. Was going to go clothes shopping but decided against it hahaha :lol:

Breakfast: 1 coffee with skimmed milk
Lunch: Work christmas lunch with seafood buffet. Out of control with the dessert.
Dinner: Small beef salad.

Drank 1 coffee, 1 litre of water, 1 litre of green tea.
