Breakfast
1 cup muslie
banana
1 cup plain skim yogurt

Snack will be
Vegetable juice made with
cucumber,
celery,
chinese cabbage
silver beet,
parsley,
dandelion greens

Lunch
2 soft boiled eggs
2 slices whole grain toast

Snack
A rice protein powder drink (as soy protein can be harmful)

Dinner
a huge greek salad
pan fried salmon in a little olive oil

Snack
1 mini cherry ripe from a 12 pack bag

500mls warm water with lemon

BREAKFAST
Two slices multigrain toast with Extra Light Philly Cheese, half a rockmelon

LUNCH
Naco's made with mt bread chips, a little taco mince, tomato, lettuce, cucumber, carrot and a little cheese.

DINNER
Silverside, skinny mash, carrot, peas and broccoli

SNACK
Peach, MILO ice block

1.5+ litres water

Breakfast
2 weetbix with strawberries and banana

Snack
dried fruit and some grapes

Lunch
a small slice of zuchinni slice and a tuna salad sandwich (fairly late)

Snack
some dried fruit

Dinner
spelt pasta with vege sauce. mini muffin and a nectarine.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
