No, it's not Friday yet!! Yesterday I was convinced it was Friday, it still feels like Friday today. Please don't let me forget to come to work tomorrow thinking it's Saturday!!!! :P

Breakfast - Mango, Bran protein pancake
Snack - Protein bar
Lunch - Spinach & ricotta pies w. veggie sticks
Snacks - Tuna & salad sandwich, Tofu salad
Dinner - Soy sausages w. steamed veg, Diet jelly
Snack - Almonds

6700kJ. Let's make it 7000kJ for good measure :wink:

Breakfast - small serve frittata
Lunch - chicken and salad
Dinner - homemade chicken parmagiana and salad

Breakfast - 1 coffee
Lunch - Sliced baked beef and 2 slices of soy-linseed bread
Dinner - Sliced baked beef and 1 slice of soy-linseed bread
Snack - 2 small kiwi fruit

Drank 1 coffee, 1.5 litre of water, 0.5 litre of green tea.
