Okay.. so here is my plan.
I figure I won't change what I normally eat for awhile, and write in here what I eat, just so I know what is bad that I'm eating, I know I eat a fair bit of junk, so I'm hoping you all can help out and give me healthier alternatives to what I'm eating....
Okay, so today it's only 8.14am, and I've eaten a handful of grapes.
We have a christmas party to go to today, where I feel I won't be able to resist the food they will have there.
So I'm hoping once I write a bit more in here, I can get some advice, because I really don't know all that much about healthier alternatives for myself and all that.
