1 cup of low fat natural muesli
1 banana
1 cup of plain skim yogurt
glass of water

Snack
1 orange
glass of water

Lunch
2 soft boiled eggs
2 slices multigrain bread
glass of water

Snack
2 over ripe mangoes :shock:

Breakfast
2 weetbix with strawberries and 1/2 a banana, glass of juice with kelp tablet and acchinacea

Snack
some grapes

Lunch
tuna salad sandwich

Snack
nectarine, some grapes and a mini muffin.

Dinner
macaroni with vege pasta sauce and parmesan cheese. 1/2 glass of juice with ecchinacea

1 cup of tea during day with low fat milk
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
