Breakfast: Sustain & Lite-white milk
Lunch: Beef, 1 tomato, 2 slices of soy-linseed bread
Snack: 1 sausage & bread-roll <== Naughty
Dinner: 300g lamb spaghetti <== Trying not to go out of control
Snack: 2 kiwi fruit

Drank 1.5 litre of water, 0.5 litre of green tea.
