Breakfast: baked beef & 1 slice of soy-linseed bread, 1 coffee

Lunch: some noodles and fried rice in noodle shop (40% less than what I will normally have)

Snack: 2 kiwi fruit

Dinner: 300g lamb spaghetti

Snack: 1/2 apple

Drank 1 coffee, 2 litres of water

This is Diet Day 4. On my Diet day 2, my stomach was making heaps of noise when I was lying in bed. Hee..
