Breakfast: 1 coffee with full-cream milk, 1 slice of orange poppyseed cake
Lunch: 300g lamb spaghetti
Snack: 1/4 cup of a coffee
Dinner: 2 small fried eggs with rice (1/4 the amount of rice that I normally have)
Snack: 1 small kiwi fruit, 1/2 apple
Drank 1 & 1/4 coffee, 1 litre of water, 1 litre of green tea.
I am feeding my boyfriend a lot less, and he is joking that it is not the way to live life. Meow...
