Breakfast - hard boiled egg
Lunch - salad
dinner - going out with friends but I'm determined to make a good menu choice! I might see if the place puts their menu up on the net and make my decision now so I can't be swayed :)

Breakfast: 1 slice of soy-linseed toast with butter + 1/2 cup coffee with lite-milk

Lunch: Roast beef, 1 tomato and 2 slice of soy-linseed bread

Dinner: 1 coffee and 1/2 slice orange poppy-seed cake

Snack: 1 small kiwi fruit, 1/2 pear

Drank 1.5 coffee, 1.5 litre of water, 0.5 litre green tea.

I am living off sandwiches. I should be getting sick of them very soon. My stomach is making a lot of noises every now and then but my clothes feel more loose on me now, so I think I am losing some weight. I will hang in there... No spaghetti, no noodles yet...

Hi SarahC,

No, I don't count cals.

After last wed (12/12/07) company Christmas lunch seafood buffet, ha, I started my sandwich diet for most of my meals.

When I did have my favourite or naughty food, I have less than half the portion I normally have. I try to give the food to my boyfriend or my best friend if possible.

On my second day of this change, it was really difficult but now, after a few days, things are getting a lot easier. However, I have to be strong to keep that going.

Sorry too early in the morning and I address you incorrectly.
