Lunch
2 soft boiled eggs
2 slices bread
1 glass of water

Snack
1 small punnet of strawberries Image

Breakfast
2 weetbix with strawberriess and 1/2 banana

Snack
some grapes and 3 orange quarters

Lunch
salad sandwich and a nectarine

Snack
some grapes and a slice of custard tart :oops:

1 cup of rooibos tea with LFM during day

Dinner
chickpea and vege curry (tomato based) with rice.

11/2 a glass of juice with ecchinacea and kelp tablet
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
