Pre-workout - Small serve of bran
Post-workout - Watermelon
Breakfast - Green bean omelette, Bran protein slice
Morning snack - Tofu salad, Almonds
Lunch - Tuna & salad sandwich
Afternoon snack - Pumpkin soup, Veggie sticks
Dinner - Savoury tofu w. steamed veg, Diet jelly
Evening snack - either soy icecream or protein crunch, depending how hot it gets today. Supposed to be 29, but that remains to be seen :)

at least your not eating overnight!!

plus you are eating quite healthy foods.

what weight are you now? are you in the maintenance phase?

how much did you lose?
