Breakfast:
1.5 slice of soy-linseed toast. 1/2 cup of coffee with lite-milk

Snack:
1/2 ham and cheeze toast. From the shop. May be not very clean. Felt sick after eating it. :roll: :? Should not have eaten that...

Lunch:
Beef spaghetti, baked vegie

Dinner:
1 coffee with organic full-cream milk,
2 eggs, 2 slices of soy-linseed toasts
Beef spaghetti with fresh tomato juice

Snack:
small bowl of sustain

Drank 1.5 cups of coffee, 1.5 litres of water

Ate too much today.
