Breakfast:
Sustain cereal with lite-milk, 1/2 cup of coffee

Lunch:
Takeaway green curry-chicken with boiled rice :oops:

Snack:
1 small slice of orange poppyseed cake

Dinner:
1 cup of coffee, 4 danish cookies

Snack:
1/4 apple, 2 small kiwi fruit

Drank 1.5 cups of coffee, 2 litres of water, 0.5 litre of green tea.
