Ok, catch up.
Friday - muesli strawberried banana
- strawberries, grapes, banana, nectarine 1 mini muffin for lunch and snacks
- vege curry with rice for dinner
Saturday - weetbix with banana
- salad sandwich
- nibbles at wedding for dinner - tried to stay on healthy, but was limited to what was being served. some sweets too
Sunday - glass of juice
- chicken baguette and an apple slice
- BBQ for dinner (steak sandwich and bean salad)
Monday - muesli with strawberries and banana
- bean salad, strawberries, cherries, apple, banana for lunch/snacks
- steamed vegies for dinner
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
