Hi Dolly How are ya? I am very complacent when it comes to doing a food diary.I really should though...Its to easy to have a little something extra and not factor it into my points :D

How long have you been keeping a food diary for?

Since 2002
It started off with me admitting I was eating junk, but seeing it typed out makes it worse, so now I behave myself more. I find I stick to the diet if each friday night I have my take-out (usually a chicken treat chicken and chips) and every night I have my 18g mini cherry ripe from the multi pack)

well I had a soy and Admin Censored shake for breakfast. then for lunch I had a ham sandwich on rye bread.
been so busy today havent been eating much.

Ok, catch up.

Friday - muesli strawberried banana
- strawberries, grapes, banana, nectarine 1 mini muffin for lunch and snacks
- vege curry with rice for dinner

Saturday - weetbix with banana
- salad sandwich
- nibbles at wedding for dinner - tried to stay on healthy, but was limited to what was being served. some sweets too

Sunday - glass of juice
- chicken baguette and an apple slice
- BBQ for dinner (steak sandwich and bean salad)

Monday - muesli with strawberries and banana
- bean salad, strawberries, cherries, apple, banana for lunch/snacks
- steamed vegies for dinner
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
