Ate too much. Putting the weight back on :oops: :oops:

Must stop eating too much!!!!

Breakfast:
1 coffee + steamed chicken, 1 tomato + 1 slice of soy-linseed bread

Snack:
1/2 coffee + 1/2 lemon cake

Lunch:
450g beef spaghetti
1 big bowl of thai soup

Snack:
Cheezos, pringles, fatty snacks...

Dinner:
1 coffee, some cakes, some grapes

Snack:
A lot of mangos. Probably fattening...

Drank 2 litres of water, 0.5 litre of green tea...
