Thursday 27th December

Postby Fiona25 » Thu Dec 27, 2007 9:10 pm

Breakfast - Coffee, low fat milk, no sugar and a banana

Morning tea - 2 snack right fruit pillow biscuits, 1 nectarine

Lunch - ham and salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, carrot and a sprinkly of cheese

Afternoon tea - milo energy bar (bad I know! not the fat but the carbs) a few rice crackers with non fat salsa dip

Dinner - chicken and vegie stir fry with a few udon noodles in a spinach and cheese sauce (low fat sauce)

Another 2 fruit biscuits after dinner.

I've drunk at least 3ltrs of water today and done 90 mins of various exercise.

Is that too much to eat? Any less and I get way too hungry! I don't follow cals, but in fat that is approx 25 grams of fat. I try to stay under 20grams normally.
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!

Hi Fiona! Doesn't look like too much food at all... it looks great! :D

My day yesterday (not representative of the amount I normally eat, I'm in post-christmas detox mode lol):

Breakfast - Bran plus
Snacks - Watermelon, Veggie sticks, Lemon detox drink (yukky, too much pepper :( )
Dinner - Half serves of capsicum soup and tofu & veg stir fry, Diet jelly, Almonds

Think I ended up with about 4000 - 4500kJ. Very low, but not like I do that every day

Thanks for that Sarah!

Somedays I don't eat that much but I know myself, and if i'm hungry and don't eat it will work up to me binging at night...so if I keep myself satisfied with healthy things even if it is a bit too much at least I won't open a bag of chips or something!
