Hi Fiona! Doesn't look like too much food at all... it looks great!
My day yesterday (not representative of the amount I normally eat, I'm in post-christmas detox mode lol):
Breakfast - Bran plus
Snacks - Watermelon, Veggie sticks, Lemon detox drink (yukky, too much pepper
Dinner - Half serves of capsicum soup and tofu & veg stir fry, Diet jelly, Almonds
Think I ended up with about 4000 - 4500kJ. Very low, but not like I do that every day
