Today so far...
Bran plus 70g
Mixed melons 300g
Veggie sticks
Almonds x15

At the moment...
Trying to drink my awful peppery lemon detox drink!

Later tonight...
Capsicum soup
Half serve of tofu and veg stir fry
Diet jelly
and maybe some icecream, god it's hot!!! :P

Shouldn't go much over 5000kJ today.

Breakfast - coffee w/low fat milk no sugar, 1 banana, 1 milo muslie bar thing.

Morning tea - an apple and a nectarine

Lunch - tuna with crackers, non fat salsa with crackers, 2 snack right biscuits

Afternoon tea - 1/2 cup low fat yoghurt, 1 cup of green/mint tea.

Dinner tonight will be grilled fish and salad, and if i'm still hungry i'll have a cup of tea and maybe 1-2 snack right biscuits.

I've also drunk 3ltrs of water so far today - its been so hot!
Saying goodbye to calorie counting AND scales for a while.

Just enjoying the new and improved healthy me and embracing my new lifestyle!
