Breakfast
1 boiled egg
1 slice wholegrain bread
1 glass no fat milk
Multi vitamin

Snack
dates and waknuts.

Lunch
salmon,
spinach salad
capsicum, cucumber, carrot, sprouts

Snack
pumpkin seeds
raisins

Breakfast
- muesli with strawberries and banana

Lunch
-leftover zucchini slice

Snacks
grapes, strawberries watermelon and pistachio nuts

Dinner
4 slices toast and a small bowl of muesli.
35kg lost. (November 2005 - October 2006)
15kg gained again (as at October 2010).
Back to the drawing board - Let's do this thing!
